    The Firm assists clients in numerous forms of financing transactions, including syndicated, club and single-lender credit and loan facilities, project financings, ship financings, syndicated sovereign loans, asset securitizations, Islamic financings, equity private placements and credit restructurings. The Firm acts as lenders' counsel in financing transactions as well as counsel to borrower and issuers.

    AA&P assists in the structuring, formation, merger, acquisition, dissolution and divestment of various types of business entities, including companies, partnerships, turnkey projects, industrial projects and various forms of joint ventures.
    AA&P lawyers prepare contractual documentation in both Arabic and English, perform due diligence reviews and provide tax and structural advice as well as put into place the many specialized arrangements required in connection with the ventures, including shareholder and partnership agreements, financing arrangements, transfer restrictions, government approvals, and employment, license and lease agreements. The Firm also obtains approvals for foreign investors from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment as well as the General Investment Authority.
    The Firm is regularly involved in the negotiation, documentation and implementation of commercial agreements, including sales and procurement contracts; agency, distributorship and franchise arrangements; technical assistance and licensing agreements; management and operating agreements; supply and buy-back arrangements and similar transactions

    Ligitation and Arbitration

    The Firm represents clients in all types of dispute resolution proceedings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including litigation before Saudi courts as well as specialized governmental tribunals. AA&P lawyers have also represented clients before Saudi arbitral tribunals as well as in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce, the Arab Association for International Arbitration.

    AA&P lawyers are also frequently called upon to act as party arbitrators and to chair of arbitral tribunals in the Kingdom.
