Osama Al-Sulaim
Previous Experiences: , is a founding partner of AA&P is a former National Vice-President for Saudi Arabia member of the Union Internationale des Avocates . Mr.AlSulaim is also a certified arbitrator with several authorities and an international arbitrator. Mr. Al Sulaim served as legal advisor & Secretary General of the Arbitration Secretariat in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Committee for International Arbitration in Paris, member of the Saudi-Lebanese Business Council, lecturer in several conferences and seminars. Mr. Al Sulaim obtained his legal degree from King Saud University, holder of advanced courses in commercial law and international arbitration. Mr. Al Sulaim also represents clients in various dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Al Sulaim provides legal advice in various areas of law. -
Ghassan I Al Awaji

Charles B. Magee
Mr. Magee is a Texas attorney with extended experience in a wide range of business transactions and dispute resolution in Saudi Arabia, representing Saudi and foreign clients. Mr. Magee has spent approximately one/half of his time in Saudi Arabia since 1980. As an in-house counsel for the Riyadh Development Authority (ADA), he managed a legal department responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts for planning, design, and construction of major projects. These projects included the Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, GCC Headquarters Building, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Staff Housing Project, and King Fahad Freeway. He advised on compliance with the Saudi tender regulations and other relevant Saudi law, as well as the resolution of disputes with contractors. -

She obtained her master's degree from Suffolk University, School of law, Boston, United States.
